Welcome to Headshot Air Battle ("the App", "the Game", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. We are an independent developer committed to protecting your privacy.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Firebase Authentication

When you sign in using your Google account, we collect:

Email address associated with your Google account
Display name (profile name)
Profile photo URL
Unique user identifier (UID) generated by Firebase

We also support anonymous login. If you choose to play as a guest, we only collect a randomly generated anonymous UID. No personal information is collected for anonymous accounts.

2.2 Game Data (Firebase Firestore / Realtime Database)

Game statistics — scores, win/loss records, gameplay performance
Achievements — unlocked achievements and progress
Leaderboard data — rankings and associated display names
Battle history — records of past matches and outcomes

2.3 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. The AdMob SDK may automatically collect:

Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID / IDFA)
IP address
Device information (model, operating system, screen size)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, views)
Approximate location (derived from IP address)

2.4 Google Play In-App Purchases

All payment processing is handled by Google Play.
We do not collect or store your financial information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.).
We receive a purchase confirmation token and transaction ID from Google Play to verify purchases.

2.5 Local Storage (AsyncStorage)

We use AsyncStorage to save data locally on your device:

User preferences (sound settings, display options)
App settings (gameplay configurations)
Cached data for improved performance

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

7. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request
Game Data: Deleted upon account deletion
Anonymous Accounts: Automatically purged after 180 days of inactivity
Advertising Data: Managed per Google's own retention policies
Purchase Records: Retained as required for legal and tax compliance
Local Data (AsyncStorage): Retained until App uninstall or manual data clear

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
Firebase Security Rules for database access control
Limited personnel access to user data

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

To delete your account and all associated data:

You will receive email confirmation within 30 days

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Important: This App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at service@tybbtech.com, and we will promptly delete such information.

For users in the EEA, we do not knowingly process personal data of children under 16 without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where Google and Firebase servers are located. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other recognized data protection frameworks to ensure adequate protection of your data.
